Dr. Rodil Mocquino, the so-called Voodoo Master, enjoyed crime and relished opposition. He and his cult of mindless followers fought The Shadow on three separate occasions. He possesses a strange hypnotic power over men, which causes them do his bidding like zombies. Once under his spell, his victims are susceptible to his commands, completely mindless as if they were the walking dead. The Voodoo Master was created by Walter B. Gibson and first appeared in Shadow Magazine #97 (1936). | ||
