History

Miles Crofton is a war hero, a soldier-of-fortune and an aviator. He was innocently mixed up in a criminal's scheme in which he was double-crossed and framed for murder. The Shadow intervened to straighten out matters. Later he was made an agent and became The Shadow's relief pilot.
