Lester Dent was a renowned pulp writer who wrote hundreds of stories under the house name "Kenneth Robeson," including over a decade of monthly Doc Savage novels, a character he created.
He also wrote a Shadow story for The Shadow Magazine under the pen name Maxwell Grant.
