Synopsis for "Hell's Heat Wave: Part Three"
Violence has erupted between several ethnic gangs in New York City. During these turf wars, a Tong leader and a politician have committed suicide. The Shadow believes that the randomness of these events are in fact a pattern of someone hiding their tracks. He soon discovers it is a bank owner who's the criminal mastermind behind it all.
