Claude Fellows is a bespectacled, chubby insurance broker who was facing mob threats, until The Shadow intervened and then enlisted him as an agent. Fellows agreed, but emphatically desires to aid in stopping crime. Being a mild, and unobtrusive person, he is not a strong fighter, however, his economic connections are essential, as he is The Shadow's financial adviser, and often researches monetary matters as needed.
