History

Bob Jorman was an agent for the F.B.I. On one occasion during WWII, he aided The Shadow in capturing a notorious Bund leader who tried to takeover a "ghost fleet" stationed on the Hudson River.

He also helped The Shadow in another case where the two confronted some counterfeiters at an old haunted mill.
